E-mail caught in SPAM filter
There is a self service portal available for you to access the e-mail filter yourself to release e-mail (except for those marked as Threat which cannot be released anyway). You can also Whitelist individual e-mail addresses that have been caught by the filter so they will be let through next time.
This can be located at : Staff Portal > ICT > Hornet Security Self Service
You can just sign in with your Stori e-mail address and password.
Please note : This is also the same place you set the emergency access password for e-mail business continuity.
